December Holiday Season 2022

At Bentley's Apothecary, we love the holiday season and we recommend anyone sending products to friends and love ones to have orders purchased by December 12th for Bentley's Apothecary to prepare your orders in time to be sent out by December 19th, 2022.

Cut off dates for arrival by Dec 24 (US only)
Standard Shipping: Mon, Dec 12th-19th
2nd Day Air: Fri, Dec 17
Overnight: Mon, Dec 20

We base our cut-off dates on information provided by USPS and UPS. However, as with everything else in the pandemic, shipping dates are not guaranteed. As soon as your package is delivered to the carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays. We cannot refund packages that do not arrive by 24 December. U.S. Shipping Information
​
We ship all U.S. orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). During checkout, we offered different shipping options.
​
Bentley's Apothecary products are small-batch, handmade, and oftentimes made-to-order so please allow 2-7 business days for order to be shipped. Unless otherwise stated on our website and in your confirmation order email. Bentley's Apotheary will contact any customer if there are issues present with our packaging deliveries. Post pandemic has hit the packaging industry detrimentally, so please allow option packaging options for new, improved, temporary out of stock and back ordered packaging.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information. After leaving our facility, delivery time depends on the delivery method selected at checkout and the speed of the carrier (and may be subject to COVID-related shipping delays beyond what is shown below):

Standard Shipping (USPS): delivered in 5-7 business days
2nd Day Air (UPS): delivered in 2-3 business days
Overnight (UPS): delivered in 1-2 business days

Bentley's Apothecary believed in eco-friendly shipping efforts, so we will not send multi-transit deliveries, therefore will only ship when your order is complete.

International Shipping Information
​
As of March 6th, 2022 Bentley's Apothecary does not ship internationally. Please email contact@bentleyapothecary.com for interest in international shipping, as we continue to expand our capacity to ship overseas.

Return Policy
How do I make changes or cancel my order?
​
If you wish to cancel your order, you can cancel your order in your customer profile on Bentley's Apothecary or email@bentleysapothecary.com with your order number, and we will cancel before the order is sent. If you're trying to cancel your order after receiving your shipping confirmation email, we cannot refund or cancel this order.

Returns / Exchanges
​
Due to the nature of our products, Bentley's Apothecary does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
​
Your satisfaction, however, is our top priority and we will do everything in our power to ensure your happiness. If you have any problems with your purchase (i.e. if a product is damaged or defective), please contact us at contact@bentleysapothecary.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will happily work with you to make things right.

Summer Weather Advisory
Can I order Balms, Butters and Products containing liquids during the summer? Yes, but common sense rules apply.
​
Balms, Butters and Products containing liquids are made with all natural, non-toxic and no fillers to ensure the best quality product, which means they can also melt when exposed to extreme heat. As we expand our packaging abilities, we will never ship with wasteful freezer packs. Instead, we encourage you to join us in our commitment to sustainability and shop responsibly:

-- Send your package to an address where someone will be available to accept the delivery
-- Bring your package in as soon as you receive your delivery confirmation email
-- Don’t let your package sit in direct sunlight on a porch or in a mailbox (both can turn into an oven in the summer sun!)
-- Didn’t catch it in time? If melting occurs, we recommend popping your Balms, Butters and products containing liquids into the fridge for 30 minutes of chill time.

If your balms have experienced an ingredient separation, you can open the balms on a flat surface, stir gently, and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to bring the balm back to a usable texture.
Separation is completely normal due to non use of toxic chemical binders. Unfortunately, the Magnolia Shea butter cannot be re-mixed.

At our end, we work hard to ensure that your package arrives in the best condition:
-- We ship orders only Monday to Wednesday to ensure that packages do not get stuck in hot warehouses over the weekend. During summer, your order can take up to 4 business days to ship when selecting standard shipping.
-- Oftentimes, we provide complimentary shipping upgrades to minimize travel time, absorbing these additional costs for our customers.
If you live in the following states or territories, we recommend stocking up before summer. Please order at your own risk from June - September, as we cannot offer refunds if your product arrives melted: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Virgin Islands, West Virginia, other U.S. territories, and international destinations outside of the U.S.

We will automatically pause subscriptions for loyal Bentley's Apothecary subscribers who live in hot weather states from June - September. You will be notified in early months to stock up before weather changes. Because these subscription changes are automatic, you will have to email contact@bentleyapothcary.com
​
